Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Emission Protection Act. The Ordinance highlights the fact that the establishment and introduction of safety management systems may be based on a broad range of existing management systems and concepts. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Provisions on establishments (II); Omissis (III); Notification procedures, final provisions (IV).
