Abstract Comprehensive regulations relating to the transport of dangerous goods by rail, road, water and air. At the outset the Act contains a definitions clause relating to terms therein employed such as “dangerous goods”, “transport”, etc. Thereafter the text deals with aspects such as competent authorities, general exceptions, hearings, immediate measures, safety measures, monitoring, data protection, penalties, costs.
