These Rules provide for the terms and conditions of service of the Chairman and Members of the Haryana State Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution. It also provides for the power and duties of the Chairman; procedure for meetings of the Board; consent fees to be paid for application under sub-section (2) of section 25 or section 26 of the Act; and procedure to file appeals.
