Abstract

The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may issue licenses to cut birch and witch-hazel upon Crown lands for the purpose of manufacturing veneers (sect. 2). Intention of granting of licenses shall be published (sect. 3.3). No license shall be granted within the three mile limit if a petition has been signed by at least 40 percent of the residents of the area. (7 sections)
