Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Nature Protection Law of 11 October 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Free State of Saxony grants - under the available budget - financial aid for loss of income caused by significant difficulties to use land. Hardship compensation shall also be granted for damages caused by free living, non-huntable game. The competent authority shall decide upon reasonable discretion taking into account the individual case. The text consists of 4 articles.
