Abstract

This Act provides rules for the use, protection and operation of harbours and related matters. It shall apply to specified harbours and any other harbour established under this Act. Fishing boats, whether moving or stationary, when fishing within the limits of harbours, shall carry a bright light. The Act also provides for the licensing of boats by the Harbour Master.
