Abstract

The present Law implements the Waste Water Charges Act in its consolidated version of 18 January 2005 (BGBl. I p. 114).The text - consisting of 15 articles - deals with the following matters: charges to be paid for precipitation water, basis for evaluation for waste water, duties to pay charges for third parties, exemption of duty to pay charges, recording of persons due to pay and duty to declare, determination of amount, expiration and prescription, application of other provisions and penalties.
