I p. 2542). In particular, the Law lays down completing provisions to the afore-mentioned Act. The Law, consisting of 30 articles, deals with the following aspects: competence of nature protection authorities, agricultural use of land, procedures for the establishment of the landscape programme, intervention in nature and landscape, protection of habitats, protection of certain parts of nature and landscape, marking and designation.
