Abstract

The present Announcement implements article 69 of the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Announcement lays down provisions relating to the termination of the mining control authority. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Requirement to terminate the mining control (2); Special requirements for brown coal mining (3); Special requirement for underground mining (4); Entry into force (5). One Annex is enclosed.
