Abstract The present Guidelines implement, inter alia, the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983 and the Ordinance on proceeding coordination and environmental impact assessment of 28 September 1993. In particular, the Guidelines regulate in detail the implementation of the environmental impact assessment.
