Abstract

The present Regulations are made under section 28 of the Wildlife Conservation Act. In particular, the Regulations create a Ground Hemlock Harvest Season requiring mandatory training and licensing of commercial harvesters and buyers, sustainable harvest practices, and record keeping. The text consists of 15 sections.
