Abstract

The purpose of this Regulation is to protect and rationally utilize grasslands, develop modern animal husbandry, maintain ecological balance and promote the sustainable development of economy and society. The Text consists of 52 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Protection and Utilization (II); Contractual Management (III); Construction Responsibility and Grass Seed Management (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
