This Governor’s Decree enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

The Governor decrees to authorize the following types of hunting: (a) artisanal and sport hunting; (b) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (c) hunting for the regulation of the number of game; (d) hunting for acclimatization, repopulation and hybridization of game; and (e) hunting for the purpose of captive breeding. It establishes authorized hunting periods for mammals and birds and authorized hunting methods, including hunting with hunting dogs and birds of prey. Hunting in areas of training and testing hunting dogs, except for hunting for the regulation of the number of game and hunting for scientific research and educational purposes, shall be prohibited. Hunting for research purposes, educational activities and regulation of the number of game shall be authorized during the entire calendar year.
