This Governor’s Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The Governor, with a view of restriction of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the regional territory, decrees to prohibit temporarily on the regional territory public catering facilities, except for take-away services without citizens visiting the premises of catering organizations, delivery of orders, as well as canteens, buffets, cafes, and other catering organizations that organize catering for employees of organizations. The Governor authorizes functioning of organizations performing food supply to the population.
