It also regulates scientific and experimental research in the field of seed production. Seed clusters shall be organized in accordance with the following principles: (a) openness and access to information; (b) non-discrimination, equality of Parties that conclude contract; (c) fair distribution of risks and liabilities; and (d) contractual relations between the Parties. Seed clusters shall be organized through tenders. Legal entity intending to set up seed cluster must submit application to the Ministry of Agriculture. Full text Uzbek Website lex.uz
