This Governmental Decree enters into force on 1 January 2021 and shall be valid until 1 January 2027.
Abstract

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for withdrawal from circulation, examination, temporary storage, disposal or destruction of low-quality and (or) dangerous food products, materials and products contacting with food. It shall not be applicable to grains. Owner of low-quality and (or) hazardous food products, materials and products contacting with food is obliged to remove them from circulation either autonomously or on the basis of a prescription from the authorities of state supervision and control and ensure their temporary storage. If the owner of low-quality and (or) dangerous food products, materials and products contacting with food, did not undertake measures for their withdrawal from circulation, state authorities of supervision and control apply to court with a request for withdrawal from circulation of such food products, materials and products and their subsequent destruction.
