Abstract

This Decree must apply to hazardous waste and any related activities, and to proprietors of hazardous waste, except for radioactive waste. This Decree classifies wastes in three categories regarding their more or less harmfulness on the basis of characteristics listed in Annex 1. A list of waste considered hazardous is set out in Annex 2.
