This Decree enters into force on 1 July 2022.
Abstract

This Government Regulation lays down provisions on the determination of selected non-indigenous species of fish planting of which in the fishing grounds does not require a permit for the deliberate spread of a non-indigenous species into the landscape according to the Act on the Protection of Nature and Landscape. The list of these species is specified in art.1.
