This Regulation enters into force on 15 January 2016.
Abstract

This Government Regulation lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, conditions for the implementation of temporary exceptional support to farmers in the livestock sector by the State Agricultural Intervention Fund. The Fund shall provide exceptional support on the basis of request concerning breeding of cows kept for milk production or sows.
