Abstract This Government Regulation, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, lays down conditions for government support to agriculture in the form of transitional national payments which are: (a) complementary national area payment (art. 2); (b) complementary national payment to hops (art. 3); (c) complementary national payment to units of livestock (art. 4). An application for payment may be submitted to the Agricultural Paying Agency by a person who performs agricultural activity in the Slovak Republic.
