Abstract This Government Regulation lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, certain conditions for the implementation of the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector. A producer of sugar, isoglucose or bioethanol located in the Czech Republic who, as food business operator, announces the commencement, change or termination of the business activity, shall provide to the State Agricultural Intervention Fund information pursuant to art. 3.
