This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2015.
Abstract

This Government Regulation, which is composed of eight articles, lays down, in accordance with the directly applicable regulation of the European Union, certain conditions for the implementation of the common organization of the market in hemp for fiber. The present Regulation establishes details on: certificates for import of hemp from third countries (art. 2); imports of hemp seeds not intended for sowing from third countries (art. 3); approval of importers of hemp seed not intended for sowing (art. 4); measures to find irregulations (art. 5).
