This Government Regulation enters into force on 23 February 2012.
Abstract

This Government Regulation, consisting of 75 articles divided into nine Chapters, establishes that every business or activities that impact on the environment must have a related authorization. Those activities that are not included in the mandatory criteria of EIA, as referred to in paragraph (1), shall have the UKL-UPL Authorization. The Regulation in particular details the preparation procedures for documents which must be filled specifying the planning stage of related activities. Business plan and/or activities referred to in paragraph (1) shall be in accordance with land use plannings. For planned activities not in accordance with land use planning, the EIA document can not be calculated and must be returned to the Initiator. The preparation of the EIA referred to in article 4 paragraph (1) is poured into the Authorization that consists of: Terms of Reference; Liability; and RKL-RPL Permits.
