Abstract

This Regulation amends the Regulation no. 26 of 2021 concerning the organisation of the agricultural sector, in order to: improve the role of the agricultural sector in the national development; increase productivity of the sector and thus realise food and energy security; strengthen the role of the State-owned enterprises. Amendments of article 3 of the main Regulation concern the maximum area limitation for plantation of palm oil, coconut, rubber, cocoa, coffee, sugar cane and tobacco.
