This Regulation concerns spatial planning, including space allocation for environmental protection and cultivation function; natural resources utilisation; urban area, whose main activities are non-agricultural functions; strategic area; public consultation; small and medium enterprises; land bank; forest area; marine spatial planning; zoning plan and the related activities; plan for zoning the coastal and island-coastal areas; coastal waters and maritime zones; protected area; ecosystem conservation and sustainable use of its resources; sea lanes and migration of marine species; local community; traditional fishery community, whose traditional rights are recognised in carrying out fishing and related activities; business permits.
