The Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of ten articles and two Annexes, sets out zootechnical and genealogical conditions applying to equine animals, their semen and embryos. Genealogical conditions applying to registered equine animals are described in articles from 4 to 6, whereas articles from 7 to 9 deal with zootechnical conditions.
