The ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

In compliance with European Community legislation, these provisions sets out requirements for the production, placing on the market and import of minced meat and meat preparations. This Ordinance does not apply to meat preparations and minced meat produced with the purpose of selling them directly to final consumers.
