Abstract The Government Ordinance is composed of six articles. During shipment radioactive substances must fulfill the conditions hereby established. Radioactive substances must be properly separated from persons involved in shipment. The Ordinance also requires the drawing up of an emergency plan to ensure the protection of human health and the environment in case of radioactive events.
