Abstract The Ordinance lays down conditions for the marketing, trade with other Member States and importation from third countries of fresh poultry meat. Poultry meat must come from farms where no diseases have been detected. Furthermore, there must be no connection with poultry infected with avian influenza during transport to slaughterhouses.
