The Ordinance enters into force on 1 June 2005.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance is composed of four articles and two annexes. Compulsory rules concerning the identification of packaging wastes and their recycling are specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 contains the list of European Community Regulations implemented by this ordinance.
