The Ordinance enters into force on 15 July 2007.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of six articles and five Annexes, establishes: (i) requirements applicable to documentation and information on existing active substances, new active substances and active substances included in the index of allowed active substances on the base of chemicals and microorganisms, and plant protection products; (ii) unified rules for the assessment and registration of plant protection products.
