Entry into force notes
The Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 39 articles and 12 Annexes, lays down animal health requirements applicable to (i) the collection, transport, storage, handling, processing and use or disposal of animal by-products; (ii) the placing on the market and, in some specific cases, export and transit of animal by-products and derived products.
