The Ordinance enters into force on 4 February 2020.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendment and addenda to the Ordinance on protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products. In particular the present Ordinance establishes the new list of harmfiul organisms importation, transport and distribution of which is fully prohibited (Annex 1 Part a) or prohibited within certain protected zones (Annex 1 Part B); the new list of harmfiul organisms importation, transport and distribution of which is prohibited if they occur on certain plants or vegetable products (Annex 2); specific requirements to be met for the importation of plants or plant products to certain protected zones (Annex 4).
