This Act entered into force on 1 January 2014.
Abstract

The present Government Decree lays down further provisions on the implementation of the Act on animal diseases as concerns voluntary health monitoring of animal diseases. It lays downs detailed rules on the health checks and samplings in connection with the health monitoring and record keeping provisions of Government Decree No. 838 of 2013.
