Abstract The present Government Decree contains detailed provisions on the obligation under section 46 of the Animal Diseases Act (76/2021) to provide information concerning the risk of spreading animal diseases in passenger traffic within the European Union. The requirements to provide such information fall on port and airport operators and concern the transportation of swine and swine products due to outbreaks of African swine fever.
