Abstract

This Government Decree validates samples of the following documents: (a) sample notification of import of phytosanitary products and fertilizers, according to Annex No. 1; (b) sample notification on the manufacturing of phytosanitary products and fertilizers, according to Annex No. 2; (c) sample notification of an application for official registration of a specialized warehouse for storage of phytosanitary products and fertilizers, according to Annex No. 3; and (d) sample of a phytosanitary certificate, in accordance with Annex No. 4.
