This Regulation establishes standards for the definition, description, presentation and labelling of flavored grape-wine products, special requirements for technological processes and methods of analysis for obtaining flavored grape-wine products, the stages of organization, production and sale of flavored grape-wine products with a protected appellation of origin and with protected geographical indication, as well as requirements for traceability and conformity assessment procedures. Flavored grape-vine products are products derived from the products of the grape and wine sector, specified in the Technical Regulations "Organization of grape-wine market ", which were flavored and classified according to the following categories: (a) flavored wines; (b) flavored drinks based on wine; and (c) flavored cocktails from grape and wine products. For aromatization of flavored wines shall be authorized for use: (a) natural aromatic substances and/or aromatic preparations; (b) flavors that: 1) identical to vanillin; 2) have a smell and/or taste of almonds; 3) have a smell and/or taste of apricot; 3) have a smell and/or taste of the egg; and (c) aromatic herbs and/or spices and/or edible aromatic substances. Mandatory information on labels of flavored grape-wine products must be specified in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 57-XVI on vine and wine.
