Abstract

This Decree amends the Decree concerning farm specific additional elements and special entitlements generated by the support for seed production of timothy-grass in article 3 on the calculation of reference amounts for incentives. Total final reference amount calculated by reference amount shall be multiplied by 1.18. The total amount of the reference amounts to be determined may not exceed the maximum amount of aid provided for in Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2009 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 laying down, for 2009, the budgetary limits for partial or optional implementation of the single payment scheme provided for in Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the annual financial envelopes for the Single Area Payments and the budgetary ceilings for the transitional fruit and vegetables and the specific support provided for in Regulation (EC) No 73/2009. If the sum of the reference amounts set leads to the maximum amount of the above-mentioned support being reached or exceeded, the coefficient changes accordingly.
