This text entered into force eight days after its publication the Official Gazette (published on 20 July 2018).
Abstract

This publication, based on the provisions of the Law on livestock (Republic od Srpska), contains the Goat breeding programme for the period from 2018 until the year 2022 (adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management), which is here represented by a set of indiactions and prescribed issues regarding the selection methods and procedures aimed at achieving general genetic improvement of breed goats, and meant to contribute to further progress of goat breeding and selection work and developement (incliuding several related topics such as grazing, meat and other production quality tests, and other). Within 90 days from the date of entry into force of this breeding programme, all recognized breeding organizations are obliged to harmonize their own programmes with these provisions.
