Abstract

The object of the Corporation established under section 1 shall be the provision, distribution and conservation of the supply of water in Ghana for public, domestic and industrial purposes and the establishment, operation and control of sewerage systems of such purposes. The governing body of the Corporation shall be the Authority. Other sections concern internal organization and procedures of the Authority and regulation making powers of the Minister. (19 sections)
