Abstract

These By-laws apply throughout the City as defined by the Municipal and District Councils Act, or any Act amending the same. The aim and purposes of these By-laws are to provide and install the service of water for domestic, trade, and sanitary purposes in the city of Georgetown. These By-laws also fix the cost for the supply of water for trade purposes, no charge for supply of water for domestic and sanitary purposes.
