Abstract

This Ordinance implements article 62 of the Genetic Manipulation Act (BGBl. No. 510/1994). Article 1 establishes that all genetically manipulated products must be packed and labelled as set out in the Ordinance. Labels have to be clear and visible. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles.
