Abstract

The present Ordinance enacts the Genetic Technology Act of 20 June 1990 (BGBl. I p. 2066). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to recording of genetic engineering operations and releases. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, recordings of genetic engineering operations or releases, form of recording, duty to record, exhibit and conserve and penalties.
