Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Freshwater Fish Marketing Act. Section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulations establishes that the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation established under the Freshwater Fish Marketing Act (Canada) is designated as the body to control the selling and buying of fish in the parts of Ontario designated in Schedule 1.
