Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Grains Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “Fund” means any of the following: 1) Fund for Canola Producers; 2) Fund for Grain Corn Producers; 3) Fund for Soybean Producers; 4) Fund for Wheat Producers. Section 2 establishes that an application for a licence or a renewal of a licence to carry on business as a grain elevator operator shall be made to the chief inspector on a form provided by the chief inspector. The text consists of 18 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: Grain elevators operators (I); Grain dealers (II).
