Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to hunting in the Province of Manitoba. Section 12 establishes that no persons shall sell, give, issue or attempt to sell, give or issue any licence or permit without having received written authority to act as a vendor from the Minister. The text consists of 29 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Definitions (I); General hunting requirements (II); Licences (III).
