Abstract

These Regulations provide rules relative to the Gemsbok National Park. The rules concern entry into the park, use of vehicles, collecting of firewood, possession of arms and ammunitions, etc. A person shall, within the national park, comply with all lawful instructions issued by the Conservation Agency, i.e. the Department of Wildlife and National Parks or body responsible for the control, management and maintenance of the South African National Parks. The Regulations prohibit the creating of nuisance or misbehaviour in the Park and prescribe offences and penalties.
