Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1970). The present Ordinance lays down terms on which networker operators grant network users according to article 20(1) of the afore-mentioned Energy Industry Act access to their networks including the feeding of biogas as well as the connection of biogas plants to the distributions nets. The text consists of 42 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Terms of contract concerning access to supply nets (2); Development of net access (3); Cooperation of net operators (4); Accounting and control of energy (5); Bio-gas (6); Special provisions (7); Publication and information duty (8); Change of gas supply (9); Measures (10); Refusal of net access (11); Powers of regulatory authorities (12); Other provisions (13).
