Abstract

The present Order enforces sections 16, 25, 27 and 114 of the Wildlife Regulations. Section 2 contains the dates of the open season. The text – consisting of 13 sections – deals with the following aspects: prohibitions, neck snares, foot hold restraining traps, killing traps, live holding devices, rate of beaver harvest, wolves and Sunday hunting. The text consists of 13 sections and 5 Schedules.
