In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to information concerning the chemical composition of fuels. Section 4 establishes that every person who produces in Canada or imports into Canada more than 400 cubic metres of a fuel named in an item of Form 1 of the Schedule shall submit to the Minister, for each quarter of the calendar year during which the fuel was produced or imported, the information required by that Form.
